When we started our Saint Vincent de Paul ministry, we committed to providing you with periodic updates of our work. Our actions are twofold; to further our mission to, ”… service people in need and to respond to Jesus’ reminder in Matthew 25:40, “whatever you did for one of the least brothers of mine, you did for me.”
Assistance to those in need: 

• Gave $250.00 to a neighbor living in a shelter to buy clothing for her children and provided $100.00 in food vouchers.
• Paid $500.00 to Duke Energy on behalf of a neighbor to prevent termination of services.
• Paid $771.00 on behalf of a neighbor facing bankruptcy proceedings.

• We will provide an orientation on our work to Sacred Heart ministries.
• We are planning fundraising activities.
• We have developed a brochure to explain Saint Vincent DePaul’s history, mission, examples of our work and an invitation to join us/help us. 
• We are extending our work to include San Juan Diego.
